AlgemeenI had a mobile device delivered as new, that had been returned by another customer first. The device was locked with his/her password! After contacting the customer service, they apologized and asked me to return that device. A brand new would come in the following days. They sent me again a device whose package had been unboxed before. After spending a week without a mobile device, they replied to my call "return it and take your money back". Having no more time to spend without a smartphone, I kept it. It is not customer responsibility to deal with devices returned because of the Huawei - Android issue. Ultimately, I paid full price only in order to receive a brand new and not returned device. I felt totally disappointed.
