'Max ICT BV sent me an open product, which was surely used, remanufactured or tested.
I paid for a new product and they sent me a damaged and open box

I also called 2 times to complain, and on 2 occasions they told me that they were going to talk to the manager and they would call me again the same day, but they never did. They have never called me again.

The customer service is extremelly bad, NOT RECOMMENDED to buy there

I bought a new product, and they sent me a product that was opened, and surely used or fixed. Terrible customer service, they never reply to you as they said.

I wait 5 days to call for the second time, and in this time the customer service person told me that it's gonna talk with the manager the same day and call me back and he never did.
