Bought a very expensive Samsung TV on 11 Jan, got promised it will be delivered, continuously followed up for feedback, spending at least 30 minutes in the telephone queue (EVERY TIME), only to receive an email this morning and find out they cancelled the order with no explanation
VerzendingPlasmavisie never despatched the TV. According to them they never received it from the supplier, but they kept it online on their website even after I queried why its still being advertised
KlantenserviceCustomer support takes atleast 30 minutes before answering the call. You immediately go into a queue, but with 0 indication how long it will take. Customer support also does not know whats going on and rarely replies to emails
