Megekko had a good offer for a decent smartphone. I could pay with Visa, not only iDeal, so that was good, as sometimes this isn't possible.

After almost 2 weeks Megekko cancelled the delivery, right at the time it was supposed to be delivered. Much too late, as I now need to scramble to find a similar deal, as I currently have a broken, badly usable phone that needs substitution once the holidays are over (next week).

My badly usable phone is tolerable while at home during the holidays. Next week that is no longer the case, but I don't have a decent phone now, as expected. Megekko thinks the cancellation is no reason to promote a similar device, with a discount, nothing. So I feel I am in a bad place right now because of Megekko, for something that should have been resolved within a few days, not after almost 2 weeks.
