I recieved some attention regarding the purchase I wanted to make, but it was not enough to make me feel very satisfied about the whole process of purhasing with Kamera Express. I remember I ordered one lens which was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days, but it took 7 to 10 days instead to arrive which was rather dissappointing. Apart from that I got what I wanted eventually and was facilitated by staff in the process.

I was hestitating between 2 cameras and even though the sales personnel was welcoming, they were not helpful. I was asking questions and wanted to recieve professional advice on my purchase based on my purposes for using it, however the sales person was basically agreeing with whatever I said and didnt make much effort to facilitate the right purchase for me, even though it was worth of more than 3000 euros...
