AlgemeenI ordered a guitar as a birthday present for an 8 y.o. kid. The order was placed and paid 6 weeks ago. Still nothing. They confirmed sending another one, with the same delivery company (DHL) and still nothing... They are openly lying on rating websites and refuse to accept their responsability. Very very bad webshop. I wish I never bought so much things in the past years. Life is too short to financially support comoanies which have no interest and care about their customer, except for their money....
VerzendingVery bad organisation. They advertise "before 23:00 ordered, tomorrow at home". It never happens. Count minimum 3 days to receive a product, IF you receive it...
KlantenserviceOne of the worse customer service you could find. They take 2 weeks to answer emails, you cannot reach them by phone, they answer many times the same thing and he takes them a month to start searching what is the problem. On top of that, they answer BIG LIES on the customers reviews : on a review I posted on trustpilot, they simply answered : "we are sorry for the issues you met with the order process. You received you guitar couple days later (????) and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. Amanda". Let's be clear here : I still never received anything, the order is done and paid A MONTH AND HALF AGO and they started investigation 3 times (according to the emails they sent, sometimes...). So VERY VERY VERY BAD customer service.
