AlgemeenAbsolutely horrible experience. I wanted to buy some PC components. I made the order and then I 've been asked to wait for them to calculate VAT and shipping cost and send me an offer. I am not sure why they have such a procedure but it's just paleolithic. I had to wait several hours for the offer to arrive. When it arrived I was surprised to find that they changed the price of the item. The new price was almost 40 euro higher... absolutely terrible experience. Of cource I canceled the order and bought from another store.
