AlgemeenI've ordered twice from this company and both times they changed delivery times right after I paid from next day delivery to several days. The first time they actually changed it again the next day and I only got it one day late, the second time they changed it to 5 days later.
If this happens once it might be because their logistic system doesn't work, or that they have incompetent employees, but when this happens every time it is systematic and on purpose.
This coupled with that they don't provide a function to cancel the order they changed after they got the money hints that they are intentionally committing something that feels like a scam against the customer. It's not that they steal money or anything, it's just that they make customers buy products they would never have bought if they would have gotten truthful information.
1 star is much to high score here, but can't give lower.
They lied about shipping times and changed the shipping times to several days longer after they got the money.
KlantenserviceInstead of helping they made excuses and lied to me. They used seemingly automated tools to do this which proofs they did it purposely and systematically against their customers.
