Ordered a motherboard that wasn't compatible with the CPU, unfortunately I have to return it, but delivery and packaging is on time and excellent

I forgot to remove the backplate of my CPU cooler from the motherboard, and sent an email after I sent it back. The customer service team was quick, friendly and helpful, and they promised to send it back after the return is processed. I am happy that this mistake doesn't cost me another cooler
