AlgemeenVery very very bad delivery time. Also, if these kind of unfortunate delays are happening, at least try and do your best to make the customer happy in the end.
VerzendingFirst bought a 2070 super MSI Gaming X Trio, it is presented as to be delivered to me on 28 August 2019. But then I got a mail informing me about a delay of 1 week (I guess the stock numbers were not updated or sth)
Then I buy two ram sticks for further improving my computer. I see my old address at the check out screen so I change it. Somehow sth goes wrong again and it is sent to my old address. I sent a mail to make sure the address is changed but nop thats impossible also, so I have to wait it to be returned to PostNL first and then they will deliver again.
Customer satisfaction level: A huge zero
I would have expected some proactive stance from Megekko. I was planning to order some other parts as well, a mobo and a processor. Not planning anymore, probably I would get them somewhere in October.
