We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service.
According to our information, we have spoken with you several times about the fact that not all components were in stock.
You were also informed that the estimated assembly times would change, if components were switched out for others and that the assembly cannot move forward, until all components are available.
As it stands, the assembly was waiting on several components which had a longer delivery time than usual. Also, the waiting time for assemblies had increased, due to a large number of new orders.
Unfortunately, you cancelled your order, just as all components had become available and your order was queued up for assembly.
