Item cancelled a day before scheduled delivery!!
I ordered a washing machine from BCC. They made one delivery attempt, I was not at home so left a note with phone number. I called the following day and arranged a second shipment for a week after. Guess what happened. A day before the delivery they simply cancelled the order! They kept my money for two weeks and then simply cancelled my order (a day before the scheduled delivery!). I called their customer service, no help. They just repeat the same line that the item is not in stock anymore! Wow. How unprofessional a company can be.

I contacted them in the first place that I am not at home at the time that you wanted to deliver. They did not care. They left a note. I arranged a second delivery time with them. But the item never arrived. They cancelled the whole order one day before the delivery.

Called them after the mess they had made. Their customer service is even worse. They repeat the same line no further explanation.
