I bought 700 euros of products on April 1st, after many calls and emails with extremely inefficient customer service, I never received my order. They keep telling you deceptively that your order is going to arrive in the next couple of days, when they know this is not true.

I cancelled the order on April 28, and now it is May 30 and I still have not received my refund. This company cannot be trusted!

They promissed shipping on the next day, but never delivered the products 1 month later. After many calls and emails, none of their deliveries promisses were ever met.

Customer service was extremely confused about what I ordered, and didn't know exactly what was or not on stock. Either that or they were trying to deceive me on purpose. They lie to you for you not to cancel the order. They could have been honest and say "we don't know when we will have this product", but instead they keep telling you the product is coming. When I finally cancelled, they never refunded my money (I've been waiting for the refund for more then a month).
