AlgemeenThink twice before buying anything there!!! Very unprofessional attitude!
I bought a piano, but it had a defect, so I contacted the shop to fix it. After unsuccessful attempt to fix they kept silent and stopped responding to my emails. I had to come to the shop twice to clarify the next steps and every time they looked at me as if they saw me the first time and had no idea what happened, but twice promised to fix an issue and inform me about the next steps. Guess what? Nobody has contacted me afterwards. It has been 4 month (!) since I bought this faulty piano and it still stands in my room. Lots of emails and 2 visits didn’t help.
Very frustrating..
It took one month to ship the product. Initial shipping date was incorrect.
