AlgemeenI am waiting for 45 days and still don't have my pc.
The timeline is below.
Received it broken and directly report transport damage. After a month still, don't have a pc. It would be faster to order a new one from scratch,

report transport damage: 28-02-2019
1st attempt courier failed: 06-03-2019
2nd attempt courier pick up: 08-03-2019
Azerty received Parcel: 11-03-2019
replacement order: 14-03-2019
replacement order revised: 15-03-2019
replacement parts received: 21-03-2019
Today is the 26 of March and still, don't have a pc. I emailed them and called them and failed to answer me when I will receive my pc.
They said they do as fast as they can. I can't imagine a slower customer service though.
If tomorrow the 27th of March don't have my pc I will cancel the order.
The pc is for professional use and worths 4400,00 euros.
