Everything is clear and well handled. The website is simple but does the job properly. This review is 5 star because of the people behind Mobiel. The service and support are outstanding!
Every time that I talked to them I feel that I am being heard and understood by intelligent being. Unfortunately this is not the case with other stores/services.
I am super happy that everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
Regardless of the method of contact e-mail/phone/whatsapp the service was always awesome and friendly.
It is much better for me to go through Mobiel.nl in comparison to the provider itself.

Shipping by Mobiel.nl is also great and quick. The only problem is PostNL delivery person, who can really be unprofessional sometimes. I am aware that this has nothing to do with Mobiel and it is solely a problem of PostNL handling stuff, but I still asked Mobiel to escalate with PostNL about the bad experience with delivery and they understood me well with a promise that they are going to try to put some pressure on the delivery service (in my case PostNL).

Finally a customer service that isn't acting like a robot.
