AlgemeenAt first glance everything was fine. I ordered a pc with assembly and it was delivered within 10 working days.
To my surprise though as soon as I received the pc was damaged because of the transportation. The cpu cooler was off and broke the motherboard attachments.
The courier took a week to come and pick it up and after all these they said that they will start to work on it within 5 days. I assume to replace the parts will take another 5 days and it might be damaged again to transportation.

The process to replace it is super slow.
They should prioritize these cases. It has been a month now that I don't have a pc and i already paid in front. And by the way is through a professional account and not a private, which means that this pc is a workstation and not used for gaming. Unacceptable.
