Very good selection of items, competitive prices and fast delivery. I also had to deal with their customer service to change my order, and I do not speak very good Dutch, but the person I talked to was very understanding and spoke good English, the order change was a breeze and the call lasted no more than 10 minutes! A very efficient and friendly customer service. As someone used to Amazon prime, Azerty provides a service and prices that rivals strongly with Amazon. One slight negative aspect is that I feel like the company tends to overpack orders, and I received several big boxes for two sticks of ram, which could have been shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope, so a bit to do in terms of sustainability.

In terms of delivery, it is very fast and as advertised, never have I had any delay across multiple orders.
