I bought the Sony AX33 4K videocamera on the evening before Black Friday. Despite that the availability announced was 2 days or more, I got my camera the next afternoon. I was able to buy an extra insurance and I got some extra online course vouchers (and hopefully a 5-year guarantee). The communication with the shop is great and the product and its price are great, too. I highly recommend Kamera Express, honestly!

The videocamera was delivered against my signature, thus preventing it from falling into the wrong hands. Delivery was next day and flawless!

The client service was very nice and helpful. A bit overwhelmed due to Black Friday, but very good.
