The Camera was delivered within 2 days during the cyber Monday week. I'd give 5 out of 5 stars for this. However, I had troubles receiving my lens. It took approximately 10 delivery days and as I ordered the camera to the store and nobody picked up the phone, I always had to visit the store in person to know what was going on. A day solution for an important shoot for a school project was found. But I still think there is space for improvement under these circumstances.

It just took way to long for the lens. I went to the shop 3 times for finding out what was wrong. Nobody could give me a good answer. I know, that the workers aren't responsible for the shipping in general. But something went terribly wrong and would not have been discovered if I would'nt have questioned so much.
