AlgemeenOrder and purchase was ok on site. Delivery was also ok on time. Customer service however is very lacking, bad experience attempting to return a product. Long story short, I lost my money and the product even though I have proof that the product was returned to them, at the address indicated by them.
VerzendingProduct was delivered.
KlantenserviceReturned an article via PostNL within the return window to the indicated address by Azerty staff.
They claim they didn't receive it even though I showed proof from PostNL that it was delivered.
Lost both my product and my money due to poor handling on their part, will continue to purse the issue on higher instances.
