AlgemeenI received the coffee machine on-time. When I opened it, I realized that I received a faulty machine which does not work. There is no phone number for customer service so everything has to go via email which is not amusing.
When I contacted customer service, I was told to follow the return procedure on the website. Nowhere it was mentioned on the website that I have to pay the returns cost. Why a customer has to pay 7 euros for a faculty machine sent by Megekko? This is also not acceptable. This is cheating.
