Most products are on the cheap side, delivery was not on time and terrible customer service.

I had to pay multiple times for its shipping (which I don’t have a problem with). Annoying thing is that there was not even a single time it came on time, once I had to wait more than a week as delay.

Unprofessional attitude. I emailed them because of its insanely late shipping, but they don't put in the effort to help me out.
Also, my 5 years warranty power supply started to show defects after 2-3 years. So, I had to return it, guess what, they didn't even take the effort to fix it. After paying for the RMA shipping, I went to pay local professionals to check it and they told me that it had defects.
I will probably not purchase products in the future because of this.
