I accidentally broke a new thing that I've ordered a few weeks ago by my own fault,
I didn't think to contact them about it, but I tried. They've sent me new one in the same day, with a good advice how to properly use it so it won't happen to me again. That was unexpected!
Also I've ordered a hero6. I cancel it without any explaination why, the next day I got the money back.
