AlgemeenI intentionally ordered items which can be delivered the next day, then received a reply saying that they will take longer to be delivered.
Four days later after a lot of hassle and miscommunication I cancelled the order and await my refund.
The order was sent in two parts despite clearly being for the same thing.
The washing machine got a delivery date confirmed, then halfway through the day itself mysteriously gets cancelled due to a problem with the courier.
Part of the delivery arrives through post.nl packed with no protection and was unsurprisingly broken when I open it.
I phoned Mediamarkt and am told they can do nothing but submit a request to the courier for more information. I cannot phone 0900 numbers from my phone so can't contact them personally. I pleaded to get the delivery completed that day since I am depending on it.
I then got sent an email saying that a customer service rep is going to follow it up as soon as possible. I heared nothing more after that, despite emailing them a few hours later asking if the same day delivery will be possible after all.
I phoned and cancelled the order asking for a refund, and sent a follow up email confirming the same.
I am still waiting for the confirmation and refund.
