AlgemeenI ordered Gaming Laptop (Cheapest available amongst of the webshops for NL/EU).
At the time of order I put everything right (name, address, contact number etc.)
When they sent the package (PostNL), Somehow my address was not complete (e.g. 225-29 instead of 225-2 was written).
I was a bit in doubt and called the customer service. After waiting for like 10-15 min on call they said that they can not change anything now, They even suggested me to pick it up from the wrong address if it exists. Otherwise it will go back to them and they have to send it again.
But It came to my home without any problem.
So,
Why I am recommending this shop?
1. Cheap things often available
2. Delivery as mentioned was on Time.
3. Customer service is not that good but you don't need it anyway. (unless you are super unlucky in the whole world)
It was delivered well packed and right in time!
No damage or anything to my product.
Should learn how to solve problem.
I selected home delivery for some purpose not because I want to go to wrong address and pick up order because you put my address wrong in your system.
So next time they shouldn't suggest this to any customer.
