Algemeenone of the worst experience ever,
I bought a 100 euro headphone online and I received one with faulty battery "not charging",
and when i called the call center they asked me to go to the store "I BUY ONLINE TO NOT VISIT STORES! DuH!".
I had to drive my car to Rotterdam center after work in peak hour and ofcours high rate of parking ,
and when i talked to the tech guy in show room he checked the package and said "Oh you bought it online"
i said "is there a problem ?! " he "said no but you have to exit the building and go to service center"
and when i did i met that girl who checked out the package and said "Oh you bought it online !!"
i said "is that a mistake"
she said "No.. but i will return the money to your account and you will get after couple of days"
I said "i dont want the money i just want another working headphone"
she said " But you bought online ! " then i said " if that was a mistake you should shut the %$#%&*# website to avoid such mistakes if you can't handle the online purchasing. ,
she left suddenly without letting me know what is she going to do and leaved me waiting for whole 15 minutes just listening to her laughing with her colleagues in the other room.
and in the end she came with new one but unfortunately she mixed the new package with the faulty one but i figured it out quickly .
And they call it Power service ! i have more suitable branding for you
