I bought a Sony a6000 in the Haarlem store. Overall good and friendly service, and a great price for the camera also, so I was happy to make the purchase. Only negative feedback was that I couldn't try the camera in the store - the reason given was that "we don't charge the battery because otherwise people will think it's pre-owned", and so the camera couldn't be turned on. This seemed a bit ridiculous to me- if that's the case, what's the point of going to the store? I'd otherwise have bought it online. I'd recommend keeping a selection of camera batteries charged so that people can try the cameras out.
