From now on, I will stick to bigger websites with a better support.
Products arrived well protected
KlantenserviceOrdered RAM and at reception, I realized I did a mistake during the order (my fault). I asked to exchange with the correct product, I received a quick confirmation.
First surprise: I have to pay the post fees to return the product. Minor thing, I can understand that azerty can't offer the service of Amazon.
Second surprise: I've to wait that their support department actually receives the product and only then they process the order with their supplier for the other product. More delays before the correct product is shipped.
Third surprise: I have only one address registered in my azerty account but azerty sent it to an old adress I used for an order 3 years ago. I saw this on the invoice on the website, contacted the support by phone and I've been requested to ask the current tenant to refuse the package ... for a delivery that was scheduled a few hours later. The support could not explain me how they could send a parcel to an adress not visible on my account.
Fourth surprise: as I've no idea who lives in an appartment I left 3 years ago, I can't ask them to refuse the package and therefore I've to wait for azerty to have the package back in their shop before they can send it to my correct adress. In a few words, they did a mistake during the delivery process but I was made responsible of it.
After quite some arguing on the phone and half a day, I received an email to confirm I will receive the product at no cost and at the correct adress. I had to wait one more week because they had to request it at their supplier.

my apologies for all the inconveniences that have been caused with your order.
even though the fact that the mistake initially was your fault, we should have settled this in different and better way.
Because we have to test the product on errors we always ask to send them back to our own service department. When we receive the memory, we can check these as soon as possible which should result in a fast change of your memory.
As mentioned in the previous contact, it is still unknown why the old adress was used. We are looking for the problem so this won't happen in the future.
Unfortunately, we can't have any product in stock. Therefor we have stock with many of our suppliers. Normaly the proces of ordering a new memory and delivering at your place shouldn't take more than a two to three working days. Obviously we haven't reached this expactation.
I hope that after the mistakes made, we can still provide you with any good in the future to help you.
