This webshop gives false delivery time indication during the purchase. You will have to wait much longer. The package arrived and the item works fine, but I waited and worried too much.
Only use this webshop if you are prepared to wait a long time (18 days instead of 4-5)

Tracking the package is almost impossible. I got only two updates which said "Order afgehandeld in magazijn" and "Vertrek". I took around 18 working days, while the promise during the purchase was "4-5 days".

I sent an email to MaxICT, and I didn't receive a reply at all. I called twice and that was successful - I got some information about the status. There were no clear status changes on the "mijn max" website though.

I got a tracking number a week before I received the item. The tracking number was not very useful because it indicated when the item will be delivered at their warehouse! It said "delivered" at some point, but of course it was not delivered to ME... A day before I got the item I got an actual tracking number. So I waited for a few weeks and got a tracking number only on the last day...

I sent an email to ask about my package and didn't receive a reply at all.
I called twice and established a connection in less than 2 minutes. The person was somewhat helpful in telling me the approximate status of the transit.
