AlgemeenI have buy an OLED LG TV and soundbar. Apollo contacted me via email the day after, to inform that they did not have the model I purchased in stock, and it would take longer than 4 weeks to have it shipped. They offered an alternative, which was pretty amazing, they have sent me the better model (top in the market) for the same price! Unbelievable discount and all working as expected.
Later it turned out the soundbar had a stocking issue too, so they didn't let me hanging; they shipped the TV first (pretty amazing), than the soundbar as soon as it became available (just a few days afterwards).

The shipping company Dynalogic introduced one day delay, though it's not too bad. It was their mistake, they filed the shipment as a one-person job, while it would take two people to lift the TV; and they wanted me to go back to Apollo and have them re-organize the shipment... All sorted in the end, though I feel they made the mistake and they should have fixed it without any intervention from Apollo or me.
