AlgemeenI have ordered some computer components, among which some DDR4. The order process went well and all the items were available at the time. The following day I received the first delay notification, due to the DDR4 being out of stock. I looked on the website and it was indeed out of stock, with the price increased by almost 100 euro.
Fast forward almost one month. I received in total 9 delay notifications. The troublesome item was in and out of stock during this time, with varying quantities available, so it was obvious they were selling it to others (at the increased price). My assumption is they just didn't want to sell it to me at the original price, but of course it can't be proven.
I ended up telling them to refund it and only send me the other items.
Very bad experience.
I have received the items I ordered almost a month later.
KlantenserviceTheir customer service responds at the end of the next business day. This could be better. They offered some excuses and explanations for the delays, but in my opinion they were just trying to cover their backs and not assume any responsibility.
