I bought my Iphone 1 years ago, now my phone is not working properly so I went to the apple store where they told me that to get my phone I was charged 150euros, that I should go to the store where I bought because it was under warranty and could arrange without costs.
I sent my phone to Paradigit, my phone never fell to the ground or water, when I send the report and the problem of the phone say that to repair the cost is 420euros and that the phone has liquids inside so the guarantee does not charge , and if you want me to return the phone without noticing I have to pay 54euros of shipping and for research, if I do not want to pay this amount they destroy my phone .... I do not think it's too bad I have to pay for a survey since the phone is covered by the warranty
