I recognize and appreciate fast delivery and good range of goods in stock together with the opportunity to pick orders in many CoolBlue's stores.
Unfortunately recently I faced CoolBlue's customer support and it left mixed feeling.

Fast shipment and delivery.

I was shopping online for the Spygen case for my Galaxy S8+ and got suggestion from CoolBlue's website to buy it together as a set with the curved screen protector film.
Unfortunately later I found that this screen protector is not "case friendly" - its edges touch the case as getting loose.

I send an e-mail to the CoolBlue's support and got response in a couple of hours which is not bad: they updated me that they send to me another case-friendly film. I was really exited by this level of service until... I got this delivery on the next day: it was a cheap flat rectangular piece of plastic covering the central part of the screen only.

Formally I cannot complain - I got the screen protector and it is definitely case friendly - the gap between the case and the film is about 1 cm, so they don't touch each other.
But I feel cheated: I paid 20 euro for a top-class curved screen protector and finally I got something very basic, so I'm searching for a replacement from another shop/vendor for extra costs.

P.S. It is very nice that CoolBlue answers to the reviews left at Tweakers but it would be even nicer if someone from CoolBlue would answer to my mail which was send according their invitation already about 10 days ago!
