AlgemeenThe assistant was very polite and helpful. I would only say that I did not understand all of what he said - he did know I was English but he didn't check that I had really understood all of his Dutch when he was explaining everything to me. That would have been nice because its not always easy to interrupt and say that you don't understand. But apart from that I was very happy with the service.
