AlgemeenAzerty sold a very expensive product but never delivered it. They advertised on their website that they will deliver in 10+ days. Never did. Then they tried to sell another product in place of this one. Then they claimed they never received an email from us. Then they tried to sell another product again saying the product is not available anymore. I wonder what happens if this product magically reappears on their website again. And I wonder whether one is even allowed to sell a product they don't have? And not only sell but also charge for that product?!
VerzendingI never received the product. And this is something I can say in less than 10 words.
KlantenserviceThey claim they didn't receive an email and are trying to go out of the deal that wasn't good for them. Not helpful, at all. Different people give different information.
