I was looking for a TV and I got interested in this model. When I saw the price difference between Plasmavisie and some other big stores in the Netherlands I was surprised and sceptical. PlasmaVisie was even offering a longer period of guarantee. So I opted for PlasmaVisie and was positively surprised by their service. They even called me to ask for how my experience was. In the same period I also bought items in one of the biggest stores in the Netherlands - perhaps the first one that would come to your mind - and I had a terrible experience with them. I called many times to get help and they created such a mess, and when I asked to give feedback twice they said I would get an email which I never did. I'm so happy I chose PlasmaVisie at least for my TV!
