Uit eigen beweging
AlgemeenI purchased a motherboard which turned out to be faulty. I requested a refund, sent the unit back and instead of providing me with a refund they "repaired" the faulty unit, stripped it of its original box and sent it back to me 1.5 months later.
Never buying from them again.
It took more than one and a half months to process my initial RMA request.
