AlgemeenTheir system replaced my current address with an old one from my last order. I noticed and mailed just a few mins after I made they order. They told me it was already too late. They Ignored my reply and I had to send another mail asking again. They took no responsibility for it. Will never shop there again and advise against shopping there.
VerzendingTheir system sent it to the wrong address, then they blamed me for typing in the completely wrong address (in another city, not possible).
KlantenserviceRude, I had to send multiple emails, took no ownership for making the mistake.
