Bought a couple of items from the website of Mediamarkt. Next day the package arrives. After unpacking one of the items appears to be missing. No problem, right? Perhaps the item was delayed or it was just a small mistake. So I e-mail them notifying them of the situation.
All I get back is a reply which in short said: "Well, the guy packing your package said he packed all, so the jokes on you. Have a nice day."
First of all, am I supposed to buy this BS? As if an individual packer actually remembers my specific order... But yet, they share no proof.
Even though they are the ones who are responsible for shipping etc, they put the problem with the customer instead of looking for a solution in which the customer is not disproportionately affected.
DO NOT BUY HERE, if you wish for all your items to arrive!
