CoolBlue everywhere announces "always next day delivery if purchased until 23:59". However the availability was only from one day after, for which I wasn't available. The rest of the purchasing process was ok.
VerzendingSo far I haven't seen the product, after its delivery has been cancelled five times by CoolBlue/Dynalogic. The client service takes much too long to pick up the phone and effectively do nothing.
KlantenserviceAfter having talked to the client service three times to find when the order is finally be delivered (ten days after the order was placed), they always come up with scripted excuses and delay the conversation by saying they will try to deliver later.

Our sincere apology for the delayed delivery. It was never our intent to have you wait ten days for the order to be delivered. Currently we've had an influx of incoming orders with led to understaffed people to handle all delivery appointments and customer care on all communication channels.
Normally we can keep our promise for the next day delivery. Hopefully this won't keep you from placing orders with Coolblue in the future. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
