Next day delivery with easy track and trace and delivered during the assigned time slot. Never got a bad experience with the deliveries from this website.

I contacted the Customer Service because the gaming monitor I bought had some defects (dead pixels) and overall i was not satisfied with the quality of the product. As a non-dutch person living in the Netherlands, it was very kind of the customer advisor to help me with the return process.
Once my product has been received I was immediately notified by email with confirmation and pictures of the returned product, and immediately issued the refund. I am so happy with this vendor that I immediately placed an order for a new monitor.
