Generally good experience till placing the order. The website is, however, a bit messy, but provides sufficient info.

despite the claimed next-day delivery, it eventually arrived 3 days too late..

I made an order of an Sigma 30mm F1.4 on Wednesday, but the lens arrived 3 days too late. I needed it for the coming weekend, but did not receive on time, as claimed by their website - the next day. Therefore I returned it eventually. This is actually quite common and I am not a picky customer so I don't complain about this.
It's mainly the experience I had with the customer service and the shop assistant that made me frown a bit. Generally I got a feeling of impatience from their customer support, either over the phone or face to face in the shop.
I called the customer service 3 times in total. The first two times were on the 2nd day after placing the order. Since the order was already 1 day too late, I called to ask about the status. The man on the other end of the phone was quite impatient, but told me that the lens would arrive the same afternoon. After waiting till almost the end of the day without hearing any news, I called again, and I was told that the item was ready for pickup. I went to the shop immediately, but was told that i got the wrong information. The lens was not even shipped yet. The shop assistant appeared also quite impatient, but helped to order the item again.The 3rd time I called their customer service to cancel the order, but sensed similar impatient tone in his voice.
Maybe because I do not speak Dutch, or maybe because I am Asian, I am not sure. But compared to what I experienced with other shops, I do not feel being welcomed here. It might be a shop that delivers good experiences to other customers according to all the positive reviews, but not to me. I genuinely feel sorry for this.
