The website is clear and nicely designed. The ordering process was quite straightforward. The only issue I had with my order is the delivery and installation service as explained below.

I bought a clothes dryer and a spacer to mount the dryer on top of my washing machine and paid for the installation service. Unfortunately, media markt sent the dryer and the spacer in two different packages so that, when the delivery drivers came to install the dryer they simply couldn't because the spacer was not arrived yet (it was actually delivered 20 min later...). I contacted the customer service to ask them if they could send someone to complete the installation, and they told me they couldn't because the delivery drivers did "the best they could". Conclusion, I had to install the dryer myself with the help of some friends and paid the installation service for nothing.

Contacting the customer service was pretty easy. However, when I asked for sending someone to complete the installation, the person on the phone told me it was possible and that I will be contacted by the delivery service to set anew appointment. But at the end, the only thing I received was an email explaining that they could not do anything for me...
