Kamera Express

I bought my canon products from Kamera Express not only because they were the cheapest to deliver the items that I wanted but also off the back of recommendations by others. I was not disappointed as the store kept me informed about the progress of my order (it had to be back ordered) but also when it was shipped and this was all done ahead of the expected delivery date. I feel that they offer good customer service in this regard and would recommend them to others.

The items that I ordered were delivered ahead of the expected delivery date (as they had to be put on back order). For me this shows good service in their delivery times.

Although I did not have to contact them I felt that the service they offered was good. This was due to the number of emails that I received during the handling process which kept me up to date on the progress of my order and its delivery time.
