The package is a ghost package. I think more than live a paper with the adress where is the package, i am going over there and they say they do not have tha package. So... who is the fault here. It is very easy to point somebody when i recevie a paper with the adress and the package is not there on PostNL office. This is strange.. thank you for loosing my time.

So.. to be more clear CoolBlue.nl has no fault. But the idea is if you recevice a paper with the PostNL adress to go over there, you just go, and find out the package is not there. After caling at PostNL and argu with them.. the package they say will be there at the post office.. but tomorrowwww... so why ??
why ?? they give me a paper to go over there.. if is not the package there ???What is the point of that ??? And this is a lie.. i mean i do not have time to play around.. they are not serious at all. And this made me feel real bad and i want to buy again with CoolBlue.nl but i prefer to pay more just to know, they are serious. Thank you for stres me out.
