That's by far the worst shopping experience I ever had in Holland.
My suggestion: STAY AWAY! I certainly will.
After receiving a defective HP Proliant Microserver Gen8 server,, I had to:
- Spend 8h (so far) on phone calls and emails with Max ICT and HP in order to be given the authorization to return the server to the web shop;
- Deal with a rude webshop worker which HUNG UP THE PHONE on my face when asked about when or how the pick-up delivery would work
Thus, besides not having the server which I was counting upon, I also have to lose hours of my precious time and being confronted with an unacceptable after-sales support.
And now I am waiting for Max ICT to schedule a pick-up date... and the story continues.
