They could be a great company, but they are lazy and blatantly careless in the returns/ repairs department. Also spoken to several friends who have had issues with them.
KlantenserviceOrdered a laptop by them, once it was here I noticed the harddrive was faulty and extremely slow. I had to send it back which took 4 weeks roughly, all they did was turn the laptop on and off and said it was working (which it was, BUT if you ran more than one program on it then it would freeze up). I received the same old broken laptop.
They obviously have 0 idea on what they are doing in the repairs department or they are just saving their own money by not replacing hard drives.
I now had to go buy a brand new harddrive and install it. Guess what? The laptop works perfectly fine now.
