It works well if the goods are in stock. Unfortunately the website and the support may provide false information about an expected date of delivery for some items.
VerzendingThe 1st order - microSD card came in time as it was in stock, but the 2nd order - Sony Xperia Z4 tablet tablet wasn't dispatched even a few days after the promised date.
KlantenserviceThe good thing: Megekko's customer support responds to e-mails and they are sorry for their poor service.
The bad thing: this does not help to get the order in time as they promised, and their responses are not always true:
The Megekko customer support provided me the false information about the ordered (and paid in advance) item availability: "I am for 100% sure that the information is right" in response to my request regarding the promised delivery date for my order.
The shipment was delayed a couple of times since then, so I cancelled my order as I had a due date to receive it.
This was the really not nice experience as Megekko a couple of times encouraged me to deliver it in time almost till the last moment, so finally I was just lucky to buy it at the last day at Bol.com: this store was more expensive, but seems to be more reliable too.
I cancelled the order at Megekko and they returned me the money within about one week, but did not provide any compensation for their unacceptable service - except excuses.
