I have made multiple orders in this shop in the last few months. Item descriptions are usually very generic (best way to search for specific items is via the part number) and the stock information might be outdated by 1-2 workdays (which might generate surprises). As for the process of payment - no problems here, iDeal works smoothly.

From what I understand, the items I bought (G.Skill memory kits) are not stocked by MaxICT themselves, but rather by their partner in Germany. So each time you make an order, you have to wait for your order to be processed by MaxICT, then forwarded to Germany, then processed there, then shipped to MaxICT and then MaxICT to ship the item to you. Overall, it takes 1-2 weeks despite the 2-3 day claims published on the website.

It happened that I had to return some of the items due to compatibility issues (Samsung OEM modules) or due to DOA (G.Skill Ripjaws / Trident kits). In both cases, MaxICT were extremely slow taking 20++ days to take any action, often after multiple reminders coming from my side. I see no reason for it to take this long given that verifying that a memory kit is DOA takes less than 1 minute.
